Shipping & Return Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure that your items are on their way to you as soon as possible. We are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers.

📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • All orders with STANDARD shipping are processed and packed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before being handed off to the shipping carrier.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your shipping label is printed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $8.00 on all domestic orders.
  • Standard packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore.
  • International shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on your location.
  • Please note: Buyers are responsible for any local customs fees, import taxes, or VAT applied by their destination country.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to return an item, we invite you to reach out to our team for assistance, and we will evaluate every return request with care and consideration. To keep things fair for both our small business and our shoppers, we use the following guidelines:

Return Windows & Conditions

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of craft supplies (like clay, pipe cleaners, and tools), we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or partially used.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made items or personalized collectibles are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Unless an item arrives defective or an error was made on our part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged during its journey through the postal system, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the package. We will gladly send out a replacement or issue a full refund to make it right!

Are any purchases final sale?
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made items or personalized collectibles are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
